Dominic Lloyd is a Managing Director at Link. Prior to joining Link, Dominic was a partner with a national law firm focusing on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and securities. He has worked with Link and its portfolio companies for more than 10 years, advising on company formations, financing structures and sales of companies, and participating in all significant transactions. Dominic has worked closely with the executive teams at public and private companies for 30 years on mergers, acquisitions and equity and debt financings. As a trusted advisor to emerging companies, he has worked with them through all stages of growth, often to liquidity events.

Dominic graduated with a BA in Economics from Middlebury College and a JD from the University of Denver.
